Finally back???

I've been so away from here...
but finally returned...i just wanted to say that i'm about to get a new computer (if luck is on my side) so, I'll be uploading things soon...

Generated skins policy
Guys,
abe here. I'm GD for skins & themes here at DA. let me begin by saying that you guys are doing a great job. My main concern here is quality control of deviations submitted to the skins gallery, and one way of enforcing it is by getting deviants to read, follow and propogate the information in this article [link] Its a policy against skins that have been instantly generated by a program. As such, I typically move such skins to Scraps, and send along a note to the deviant explaining why his/her skin was moved.
Since your group consists of both influential, experienced skinners as well as newcomers to the fold, i'd love it if you could spread the word about this policy, and help raise awareness about the lameness of generated skins. If you could feature this in one of your journals,that would be smashing. also, maybe we could have a chat/forum discussion or an FAQ session about such skins, so newcomers can understand what we're talking about.
